Housing matters to everyone. People with stable, safe housing create stable, safe neighborhoods, schools and communities. That's why our housing programs aren't just assisting individuals and families - they're helping the whole community.

Columbia Non Profit Housing (CNPH) not only provides housing for the more vulnerable members of our community - whether they are low-income seniors or families who cannot afford the conventional rental marketplace - or they are first-time homebuyers who cannot afford high cost homes in our community. CNPH also provides the support services to help them succeed. For seniors and the disabled, that may mean helping them access medical services. For first-time homebuyers that means providing educational resources and training to assist them in succeeding as homeowners.
