Here is what we offer:

If you meet our income qualifications, we can provide a "silent second"
mortgage loan up to $40,000 of the purchase price of your home purchase.
- We can defer payment on the loan for up to 30 years.
- This will allow you to borrow less from your first mortgage lender
and help keep your payments low and affordable.
- You will pay us back if you refinance, sell your home, change the use
of your property, or at the end of a 30 year period.
